Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Intern who can support key functions across departments. This role will give you first-hand exposure to how startups work and grow- perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants to contribute to both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between various teams (e.g., operations, marketing, HR, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of internal processes and external commitments.
• Assist in HR-related tasks including maintaining employee records, helping with onboarding documentation, scheduling interviews, and supporting the internal hiring process.
• Provide support in finance & accounting -related functions such as assisting in basic data entries, maintaining financial records in an organized manner and support financial analysis for strategic decision making.
• Assist in various business registrations, legal compliances, and strategic decision-making support through research, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and pitch decks as required under the founder’s guidance.
• Support compliance with tax regulations and audit preparation.

Who Should Apply:

• Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal (English & Hindi).
• Good understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a “get things done” attitude.
• Basic knowledge of HR, finance, or business compliance will be a plus.
