Role Overview: As an intern in this role, you will have the opportunity to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Your focus will be on supporting business development activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining reports, documentation, and HR/administration records. Your role will also involve coordinating with teams to ensure smooth operations and handling day-to-day administrative tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities - Support business development activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination - Maintain reports, documentation, and HR/administration records - Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and multitask effectively Qualification Required: - Education: UG / PG (Any discipline) - Strong communication & interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities - Interest in Business Development, HR, and Administrative functions - Good organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications preferred Please note: The work location for this internship is in person.
