As an ideal candidate for this position, you will be required to assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting business development activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination - Maintaining reports, documentation, and HR/administration records - Coordinating with teams to ensure smooth operations - Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and multitasking effectively To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Education: UG / PG (Any discipline) - Strong communication & interpersonal skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities - Interest in Business Development, HR, and Administrative functions - Good organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications preferred Please note that this is an internship opportunity, and an internship allowance will be provided. Additionally, you will receive commuter assistance as part of the benefits package. The work location for this role is in person.
