You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to drive the onboarding and activation of new sports venues on the Hudle App. From shadowing high-impact meetings to coordinating with partners and internal teams, you’ll play an active role in building our venue network and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.
This internship will give you exposure to real-world sales conversations, operations processes, and startup thinking—perfect for someone looking to build a career in business development, sports management, or SaaS sales.
Drive onboarding operations for new venue partners, including data collection, documentation, and go-live coordination
Liaise directly with sports venue managers/owners to gather account details, agreements, and other onboarding requirements
Coordinate internally with partner growth team to ensure smooth venue creation and platform readiness
Ensure CRM accuracy and data hygiene, while tracking progress and flagging bottlenecks
Shadow sales calls and partner meetings, learning how to pitch, handle objections, and close deals
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to help the team onboard partners more efficiently
Take initiative to solve operational challenges, act as a bridge between sales and back-end teams, and help scale Hudle’s presence across NCR
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment
Passion for sports is a strong plus!
