Our practice offers end-to-end consultancy services including architecture, PMC, structural design, statutory approvals, and coordination with all allied consultants.

Position Overview

dedicated and enthusiastic Architectural Intern

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Documentation

• Assist in preparing concept layouts, schematic designs, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Support development of working drawings, area statements, and design details.
• Assist in preparation of presentation drawings, 3D views, and basic visualizations.
• Update drawings as per review comments and design changes.

Coordination & Project Support

• Assist in coordination with structural, MEP, fire, landscape, and other consultants.
• Support internal coordination between design, PMC, and execution teams.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and document records.

Statutory Approvals & Compliance

• Assist in preparation of drawings and documents for:
• Municipal Corporation submissions
• Commencement Certificate (CC)
• Occupation Certificate (OC)
• Fire NOC, Environmental Clearance, and other statutory approvals
• Support compliance checks as per

  DCPR / UDCPR regulations

  under supervision.

Site & Execution Exposure

• Assist in site visits, site measurements, and progress observations.
• Support preparation of site coordination drawings and reports.
• Assist in resolving basic design clarifications during execution.

Research & Feasibility Support

• Assist in by-law research, feasibility studies, and redevelopment proposals.
• Support preparation of project data, reports, and comparative studies.
• Assist in material research and basic specifications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Student or recent graduate of

  B.Arch / M.Arch

  .
• Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction systems.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of

  SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, or InDesign

  will be an advantage.
• Awareness of

  DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020

  is preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional consultancy environment.

Internship Details

• Internship Duration:

  Minimum 3 to 6 months (extendable based on performance).

• Working Days:

  As per office policy (Monday to Saturday).

• Working Location:

  Navi Mumbai (office-based with site exposure).

• Stipend:

  Provided as per company policy and candidate profile.

• Certificate:

  Internship completion certificate will be issued.
