Interior Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day activities between design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Assist in the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), purchase orders, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain detailed Excel sheets for:
• Budget tracking
• Material procurement
• Vendor payments
• Task scheduling
• Attend site visits to monitor execution and report status updates.
• Communicate with clients for updates, approvals, and coordination.
• Ensure documentation, drawings, and plans are correctly updated and filed.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site readiness, and contractor schedules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior project coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• Knowledge of interior design materials, vendors, and on-site execution workflows.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on commercial or residential interior projects.
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD or design software (optional but a plus).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
