Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage

  execution schedules

  , allocate supervisors/contractors, and monitor progress.
• Act as the

  primary liaison

  between vendors, logistics partners, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
• Track

  material procurement and deliveries

  to align with project timelines.
• Maintain and circulate

  MIS reports

  for management review.
• Identify bottlenecks, proactively resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Support the project team in maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong

  organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

  ; ability to manage MIS data effectively.
• Experience coordinating with

  multiple stakeholders

  (vendors, contractors, clients).
• Good communication skills with a

  problem-solving mindset

  .
• Prior experience in

  project coordination, interiors, construction, or landscaping

  is an added advantage.
