Job Description for Senior Interior Designer

1. Conceptualization and Design Development:*

- Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design projects for residential and commercial real estate properties.

- Create innovative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements and project goals.

2. *Project Management:*

- Oversee the entire interior design process, from initial planning to project completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of design plans.

3. *Client Interaction:*

- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and vision for the interior spaces.

- Present design proposals and incorporate client feedback to achieve a high level of satisfaction.

4. *Material and Vendor Management:*

- Source and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes for projects, considering quality, cost, and design aesthetics.

- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.

5. *Team Leadership:*

- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and fostering a collaborative work environment.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

6. *Trend Analysis and Innovation:*

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging materials, and design innovations.

- Integrate contemporary design elements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of interior design trends.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on real estate projects.

- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and presentation abilities.

- Leadership experience and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
