Job Title: Landscape Incharge / Landscape Designer Location: Pimpalgaon Garudeshwar, Nashik Company: Samraat Group Experience: 3 to 7 Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field Job Description: Samraat Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Incharge / Landscape Designer with hands-on experience in landscape finishing and plantation work for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and supervising landscape development to ensure high-quality aesthetic and functional outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and execute landscape layouts, including softscape and hardscape elements. Supervise on-site execution of landscape finishing , plantation , turfing, and installation of landscape features. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project teams to integrate landscaping plans with construction work. Select appropriate plant species based on climate, soil, and site requirements. Monitor and manage landscape vendors, labor, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Provide guidance on maintenance procedures for long-term landscape sustainability. Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement lists for landscape materials. Stay updated on landscaping trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design quality.
