Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Support : Cold Calling, complete Daily calling Target Assist in lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and qualifying leads. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation campaigns and initiatives. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively. 2. Proposal Preparation: Support the Pre-sales Manager in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients. Gather necessary information and data to customize proposals according to client requirements. Ensure proposals are delivered in a timely manner and are of high quality. 3. Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for initial client inquiries and requests. Coordinate meetings and site visits between clients and the sales team. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. 4. Product and Market Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the companys products, services, and value proposition. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on market research. 5. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pre-sales activities. Assist in coordinating efforts across departments to ensure smooth execution of pre-sales processes. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned. 6. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status updates. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the pre-sales function.
