Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for luxury residences from concept to execution.
• Translate client briefs into 

  layouts, mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed working drawings

  .
• Manage end-to-end design documentation (BOQs, GFC drawings, material specs).
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure flawless execution.
• Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and address design clarifications.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring adherence to Nema standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design deviations.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on high-profile projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or Interior Design from a reputed institute.
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury residential interiors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 

  high-end residences / villas / penthouses

  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3DS Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong eye for detailing, materiality, and luxury finishes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
