Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will act as a key link between our company and clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups and referrals. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies. Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities. Performance Metrics: Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals. Customer acquisition and retention rates.
