Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Consultant located in Panchkula. The Interior Consultant will engage with clients to identify their design requirements, provide expert guidance on home furnishings, and recommend products from F&F’s collections. Responsibilities include understanding client preferences, creating tailored design solutions, and assisting in product selection to execute coordinated interior schemes. The consultant will collaborate with the design studio, manage client expectations, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, space planning, and home styling
• Knowledge of upholstery, wallpapers, carpets, and other home décor products
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics; ability to prioritize and manage multiple client projects
• Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus
• Passion for design trends and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in a retail or home furnishing environment is advantageous
