Role Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Site Manager to oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects. This role involves end-to-end supervision of on-site activities, ensuring work quality, timely delivery, and adherence to design specifications and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project execution, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, designers, vendors, and subcontractors. : Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish. Coordinate with designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Monitor site work quality, material usage, and daily progress. Read and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and layout plans. Ensure installation of carpentry, electrical, modular fittings, false ceilings, and finishes as per specifications. Handle site inspections, quality checks, and resolve any execution-related issues. Maintain site reports, logs, and material registers and update progress to the management team. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure site cleanliness and discipline. Lead a team of skilled workers, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity. : Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager in interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, execution methods, and quality standards. Ability to interpret 2D drawings and 3D design models. Excellent leadership and site coordination skills. Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage time and resources effectively. Familiar with safety standards and compliance.,
