Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be the on-site leader, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of interior fit-out projects from start to finish. You'll ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal team.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and any delays are promptly addressed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and verify that work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and vendors, providing regular project updates and resolving any on-site issues.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, material logs, and site meeting minutes.
• Oversee the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring they are handled correctly and available when needed.
• Enforce and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all local and company safety regulations.
• Identify potential problems or conflicts on-site and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interior Site Supervisor or a similar role in the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• A relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or interior design is a plus.(Exp:3+year)
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
