Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to support our Modular Kitchen and Interior Design Projects.The Site Supervisor will assist in overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per design specifications.

This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of site experience who are eager to grow their career in the interior and modular kitchen industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and monitoring daily site activities related to interior and modular kitchen work.
• Support in maintaining project quality, safety, and timeline standards.
• Conduct regular site checks to ensure proper material usage, workmanship, and progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Help in material planning, requisition, and inventory tracking.
• Report site updates and issues to the project manager or senior supervisor.
• Participate in site meetings and assist in resolving basic on-site challenges.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Basic understanding of interior work, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings or plans.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle field challenges.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Office will be an added advantage.
