Job Summary Candidate will be responsible to manage turnkey interior solutions projects. Candidate will be required to manage & coordinate between sales team, design team, production center, carpenter teams & other vendors to delivery the project. Candidate will need to travel to multiple sites & manage the deliverables. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Visiting client sites & coordinating between multiple team needed to complete the project. 2. Read & understand residential interior designs & instruct team on best mode of execution while ensuring quality standards. 3. Coordinate with production center & ensure material availability at all times. 3. Forecast & schedule site work to ensure timely completion. 4. Daily Status Reporting to ensure office & clients are informed of project updates. 5. Plan for work items needed at site ahead of time to ensure teams are kept engaged at all times. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Technical skills : Understanding of AutoCad drawings, should understand material specifications required in executing interior projects, knowledge of MS Excel & word will be added advantage in securing the job. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience working on interiors design projects Languages: English, Kannada and Hindi. Job Summary We are an interior design & Plywood company & are looking for a smart and professional Office Manager to help with the organizing and running of the daily administrative operations of our company. Being the first point of contact, the office Manager is our Company’s face to all visitors and is responsible to make them feel welcomed and appreciated. The ideal candidate needs to be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks including greeting visitors, attending phone calls, meeting co-ordination, record keeping, managing accounts, GST filings and other activities. Candidate with experience in interior design & plywood business will be preferred. Responsibilities and Duties Reporting to management and assisting with administrative tasks. Attend, screen and direct incoming phone calls, visitors and mails/emails Schedule and plan meetings and appointments in co-ordination with other departments. Create & share preliminary estimates with prospective customers & follow up on order fulfillment. Create, update and maintain records/files in various systems ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Updating & maintaining accounting records on day to day basis Serves as a liaison between various teams, executives, managers, staffs, vendors, customers and other visitors. Manage overall Office administration, operate and manage office equipment's and infrastructure. Organize office performing inventory of office supplies or order of need and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Work Experience/formal training with an interior solutions company will be an added advantage Hands on experience working with MS Excel, MS Words . Certification in MS office will be an added advantage Ability to handle complaints and provide reliable information.
