Role Description

Interface Manager

• Lead interface coordination between civil, structural, MEP, signaling, and systems teams
• Liaise with government authorities, contractors, consultants, and internal departments
• Ensure timely resolution of interface issues to avoid project delays
• Monitor compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare and maintain interface management plans, logs, and reports
• Support project planning, risk mitigation, and change management processes
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and technical workshops

• Education:

  B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  Minimum 10–15 years in infrastructure projects, with proven experience in

  railway and metro construction

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder management, and technical coordination

Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
