The company is well-known for its "Push through Technology." Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. SHE Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. SHE Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety, health, and environmental practices within the company. This includes developing and implementing SHE policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting audits and inspections, and providing training and guidance to staff. The role also involves investigating incidents, developing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in SHE performance. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations and practices Experience in developing and implementing SHE policies and procedures Skills in conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations Excellent communication and training skills Ability to drive continuous improvement in SHE performance Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred Professional certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are a plus Eligibility Criteria B.E./B.Tech with Govt recognized regular full time diploma in safety. OR Regular full time BE/B.Tech in Safety. OR Govt. recognized PG Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science. With Full time regular Safety diploma/Degree from State Govt recognized university in Safety. Science degree with International Qualification like CSP , NEBOSH. Show more Show less
