Qualification: Enrolled Advocate with a Bachelors Degree in LLB with IPR Masters Degree in Law (LL.M.) in IPR /MBL/CORPORATE LAW

Salary - Up to 6LPA (Based on Interview performance & experience )

Languages: Excellent English communication; Hindi proficiency preferred

Role Overview

The Legal Team Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the legal department, ensuring high-quality delivery of legal services related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), contract and agreement drafting, client consultation, legal content review, and publication. The role requires strong leadership, technical capability, and a deep understanding of legal processes, along with the ability to leverage CRM tools and AI-based systems to enhance workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise filings, prosecutions, oppositions, renewals, and portfolio management of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs.
• Provide expert guidance on IPR strategies, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Review, monitor, and ensure timely completion of all IPR deadlines.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including service agreements, NDAs, MoUs, vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and licensing documents
• Ensure legal accuracy, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct legal consultations with clients and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Understand client requirements, offer tailored solutions, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Represent the company in client meetings and legal discussions.
• Review, edit, and approve legal articles, knowledge materials, and publications on company website.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality for internal and external content.
• Collaborate with teams for publishing articles on legal and Company products
• Lead and mentor a team of Advocates, Business advisors, and support team.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Establish SOPs, improve processes, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• .• Work with CRM platforms for case management, client interaction tracking, and workflow automation.
• Use AI-based legal tools for research, drafting assistance, and document automation.
• Coordinate with the technical team to streamline digital workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of IPR laws, contract law, and corporate legal processes.

•Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Effective leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM software and basic tech/AI tools.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills.

•Excellent command over English; Hindi proficiency preferred.
