Integration Consultant

US Payroll & Benefits Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Work on

  integrations for US Payroll, Benefits, and WFM systems

  .
• Manage

  benefit file processing

  with vendors (formats:

  834 EDI, Fixed Width, Delimited

  ).
• Support

  US retirement plans

  such as

  401K, 403B, 457

  .
• Handle

  COBRA eligibility and coverage

  for employees affected by qualifying events.
• Assist during

  Open Enrollment

  cycles, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver integration solutions

  on time and within budget

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  IRS, federal payroll regulations, and US tax reporting requirements

  .

Qualifications

• 3- 7 years

  of professional experience in

  US Payroll / Benefits / WFM / HCM Integrations

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  US Payroll compliance

  including

  W2, FLSA, FUTA, multi-state tax laws

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  834 file format and vendor benefit file testing

  .
• Good understanding of

  retirement plans (401K, 457, 403B)

  and

  COBRA regulations

  .
• Excellent analytical and Excel/data manipulation skills.
  
• Strong communication and client-facing experience.
  
• Education:

  B.Tech / MBA / MCA / Graduate with relevant domain expertise

  .
