We are looking for a US Payroll & Benefits Integration Specialist with strong experience working with US customers in domains like Benefits, Payroll, or Workforce Management (WFM) . The role requires deep understanding of federal payroll laws, retirement plans, COBRA, benefit file formats (834 EDI), and open enrollment processes . Key Responsibilities Work on integrations for US Payroll, Benefits, and WFM systems . Manage benefit file processing with vendors (formats: 834 EDI, Fixed Width, Delimited ). Support US retirement plans such as 401K, 403B, 457 . Handle COBRA eligibility and coverage for employees affected by qualifying events. Assist during Open Enrollment cycles, ensuring accurate configuration, testing, and reporting. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver integration solutions on time and within budget . Ensure compliance with IRS, federal payroll regulations, and US tax reporting requirements . Qualifications 3- 7 years of professional experience in US Payroll / Benefits / WFM / HCM Integrations . Strong knowledge of US Payroll compliance including W2, FLSA, FUTA, multi-state tax laws . Hands-on experience with 834 file format and vendor benefit file testing . Good understanding of retirement plans (401K, 457, 403B) and COBRA regulations . Excellent analytical and Excel/data manipulation skills. Strong communication and client-facing experience. Responsibilities: Balancing and controlling earnings and deduction totals, calculating and preparing general ledger entries, inspecting automated system output such as registers and standard reports, determining and correcting out-of-balance conditions. Adjusting customers system setup according to new customer requirements or plan changes. Ensure excellent incident management skills while documenting all customers transactions in our CRM application (Salesforce). Qualifications: A self-motivated individual with BCA will be preferred from an accredited four-year institution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a technical background.
