How you create impact You are responsible to drive process standardization, automation and improvement. The role specifically focuses on improvement of new and existing processes within the Logistics Control Centre (LCC); Develop and drive strategies to increase operational productivity, using advanced analytical tools for Root Cause Analysis and issue discovery Understand the current operational landscape within KN IL and utilize lessons-learned to continuously improve future customer implementations Provide LCC Operations related input to FPOs and GPOs to drive harmonization, automation and development of standard logistic processes Support the definition and implementation of processes for customers or services and participate in operational process design and continuous improvement projects for LCCs Create and oversee business cases for any changes requiring investment and drive the approval process with LCC Management Compliance with the relevant GDP / GxP requirements and guidelines, customer quality standards and all internal regulations What we would like you to bring A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry. MUST be a Green Belt Six Sigma Certified or Black Belt Certified. Strong project management skills, process improvement expertise, and proficiency in logistics software and tools. Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to optimize logistics processes.
