Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for network-related issues, including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VLANs.
  • Ensure high-quality customer interactions and resolutions for technical queries in a global environment.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • Minimum

      1 year

      of international customer support experience.
    • Exposure to inbound technical support processes is preferred.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
    • Familiarity with configuring and managing network devices like routers and switches.
    • Basic troubleshooting of internet and telecom-related concerns.
  • Communication Skills:

    • Exceptional English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
    • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers of varying technical expertise.
