Job Summary

Technical Customer Support

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Technical Assistance



  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone professionally and within defined SLAs.



  • Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, campaign tracking, Google Ads optimization, and AdMob earnings visualization.



  • Guide customers on effective product usage to maximize platform value and app revenue.



  • Escalate complex technical issues to engineering when required and follow through until resolution.



  • Maintain accurate interaction logs and case updates in the CRM system.



  • Share recurring issue trends and customer feedback with the product team.


Quality Assurance Responsibilities



  • Perform functional testing of new and existing product features prior to release.



  • Reproduce customer-reported issues and document detailed test observations for the development team.



  • Validate bug fixes and confirm accurate resolution before deployment.



  • Participate in regression testing to ensure stability after updates.



  • Identify usability gaps, inconsistencies, or improvement areas and report them proactively.



  • Assist in preparing and maintaining test cases and QA documentation when required.


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor s degree in any relevant field.


  • technical support, customer support, or QA


  • Google Ads / Google AdMob / digital advertising platforms



  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.



  • Familiarity with basic QA/testing processes and tools.
