Configuration of CCTV analytic software (Milestone/Gentec/Other relevant software. Installation & Configuration of Access Control System. Installation & Configuration of PA system. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues Diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues with telecom services, such as network connectivity, voice and data transmission, VoIP, wireless technologies, and broadband systems. Monitor Network Performance Continuously monitor telecom networks, systems, and servers to ensure maximum uptime and identify potential issues before they escalate. Customer Support Provide Tier 1/2/3 technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems for both residential and business customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
