Insurance Sales Manager

An Insurance Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance policies. They play a key role in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and promoting insurance products such as life insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, and general insurance. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking. Meeting with clients to understand their financial needs and explaining suitable insurance plans. Presenting product features, benefits, terms & conditions to customers in a clear manner. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships for long-term business. Selling various insurance products like life, health, motor, term, investment-linked, etc. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by the company. Completing documentation, proposal forms, and supporting client onboarding. Providing after-sales support and resolving policy-related queries. Conducting follow-ups with prospective customers. Participating in marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer awareness programs. Maintaining daily reports and updating CRM / MIS data regularly. Coordinating with branch staff, underwriters, and the operations team for policy issuing.
