Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for the position of Insurance Sales Manager. The Insurance Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and lead a team of sales executives to achieve assigned targets. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting financial assessments, and identifying potential leads to grow the customer base. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance and providing necessary training to ensure consistent personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and understanding of Insurance products and services.
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on addressing client needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of Finance and the ability to conduct financial assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Strong Team Management skills, including leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve business goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and achieve sales objectives.
  • Prior experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is a strong asset.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
