Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Provide training and coaching to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of general insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in agency sales, bancassurance, or banking insurance is an added advantage.
Qualification: M.B.A/PGDM.
