Job Overview:

SBI Life Insurance is hiring Telesales Executives with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating business through effective telecalling.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote SBI Life Insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Minimum qualification:
• HSC with at least 2 years of experience, or
• Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
• Age between 21 to 32 years.
• Knowledge of Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
• Must be fluent in Hindi, good in English, and fluent in any one regional language.
• Strong sales aptitude, customer handling skills, and convincing ability.
• Experience in telesales or insurance sales preferred.

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time (Telesales)
• Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Rotational (1 day per week)
• Location: Virar West, Mumbai
• Salary: Annual CTC up to 3 LPA
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to 2 LPA annually
