Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator located in Chennai. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing insurance claims, liaising with patients and insurance providers, and ensuring smooth claim processing. Daily tasks include verifying patient insurance coverage, submitting and following up on claims, and providing excellent customer service to address patient inquiries related to insurance. Attention to detail and effective communication with patients and internal teams are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance and Health Insurance processes
Experience with Insurance Claims management and related procedures
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address patient concerns effectively
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with healthcare insurance regulations and requirements is an asset
Proficiency with relevant software systems is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in healthcare or insurance are a plus
