Job Description -
Policy Management: Handle the end-to-end management of insurance policies, including issuance, renewal, and amendments.
Customer Support: Provide assistance to clients regarding insurance inquiries, claims processing, and policy-related questions.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and client communications.
Coordination: Collaborate with insurance underwriters, agents, and other internal departments to expedite policy approvals and resolve issues.
Claims Processing: Assist in the processing and documentation of insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
Compliance: Stay updated on insurance regulations, guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance in all activities.
Reporting: Generate reports on insurance metrics, including policy renewals, claims status, and customer feedback.
Customer Education: Educate clients on various insurance products, coverage options, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Pay: 25k to 30k.
