Pharmacist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug therapies, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting healthcare providers and educating patients on the proper use of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications. Key Responsibilities: Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients. Review prescriptions for accuracy, proper dosage, and potential drug interactions. Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including new drugs and therapies. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Manage inventory of medications and supplies. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information securely. Qualifications: Valid pharmacy license in the relevant state/jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical calculations.
