Job Description

As an insurance policy manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of insurance policies for the organization. This includes handling claims, liaising with insurance companies, and ensuring that all policies are kept up-to-date. You will need to analyze insurance policies to fully understand the coverage, inclusions, exclusions, and terms and conditions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing Employees Insurance, Marine transit & Warehouse Storage Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, Companies properties, and Multirisk Insurance policies. - Receiving and reviewing insurance claims, ensuring all necessary information is provided. - Verifying policy coverage and assessing eligibility for claim reimbursement. - Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or missing information in claims. - Maintaining detailed records of claims, correspondence, and all actions taken. - Sending timely reminders, following up on claims, and maintaining claim follow-up trackers. The company provides the benefits of food and leave encashment for this full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.
