Insurance Coordinator

You are a Any Degree Holder (UG/PG Arts & Science) with a minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in Insurance, having a working knowledge of Insurance standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You possess strong attention to details. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - List out the total Number Of credit patients (All Insurance). - Send the Pre-Authorization form to the concern insurance company. - Explain the Admission & Discharge procedure to the patient & attenders. - Ensure all data and activities are computerized. - Monitor the approval status and provide prompt query replies. - Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones and processing paperwork, including discharge, transfer, and admittance forms. - Act as a liaison between patients, nurses, doctors, and different departments within the hospital or care facility. - Schedule procedures like tests and x-rays, transcribe doctors" orders, and order medical and office supplies. - Work closely with patients, providing guidance, support, and advice on complex medical issues. - Assist patients in navigating through medical care scenarios involving multiple doctors and treatment methods. - Properly intimate the consultants about credit limits. - Ensure Surgery details and Summary follow-ups with consultants. - Maintain good rapport with consultants. - Report to the Head of the department. **Additional Details:** The job type is Full-time with benefits including Provident Fund.
