Position Overview: Relationship Manager - Investment Advisory is responsible for sourcing and cross-selling Mutual Funds and Insurance Products. The Relationship Manger should have the expertise to understand the Financial Goal of the Customer and his/her risk appetite and accordingly advise suitable solutions to the customer. He should be able to advice the right investment/ insurance products to the customer, based on the customer profile. Key Responsibilities:  Individually source HNI clients for Mutual Fund and Insurance Business for the Organisation.  Engage with clients through meetings to review portfolios, address queries, and provide proactive investment guidance.  Understand the customer needs, limitations, resources and financial goals of the investor.  Structure a suitable asset allocation plan for the customer.  Identify most suitable investment plan for the customer, advise accordingly and help him successfully complete the transaction.  Identify the cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the existing customers on regular basis, advise accordingly and expand the portfolio basket.
