I am looking to hire a personal secretary for myself. The person will have to be available Monday To Saturday 9AM to 6PM. They will have to visit my office in Sector 8 noida. Duties as follows - 1. Keeping correspondence and calendar 2. Ensuring timely appointments and bill pays 3. Will have to fill in in my absence 4. Will have to schedule meetings with clients 5. Will have to check my emails 6. Has to have superior English skills 7. Clean and elegant appearance 8. 2 paid offs monthly 9.
