Job Description: Sales Development Manager - SaaS

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Manager who will lead on-ground sales efforts, meet prospective clients, and drive direct revenue growth. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of SaaS solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers in Hospitals to present SaaS solutions
· Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
· Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation
· Understand customer needs and communicate product value effectively
· Meet and exceed business development objectives and sales targets as set by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of SaaS B2B field salesexperience
· Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue achievement
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
· Experience selling SaaS in Healthcare industry
