Job Description

Role Overview: As a qualified candidate for this role, you will be expected to bring your extensive experience and knowledge to the table. Your primary responsibilities will include handling complex transformation programs in the Insurance sector, with a focus on areas such as Intelligent Operations, Intelligent Automation, Platform Implementation, Analytics, Machine Learning, Group/Employee Benefits, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a Full-time MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution - Have 2-15 years of work experience in top Strategy, Management, Technology Consulting firms, or Analytics firms within the Insurance or Financial Services sector - Hold industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII, which are desirable - Obtain functional certifications in analytics, machine learning, and automation, which are desirable - Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Alteryx - Demonstrate experience in delivering complex transformation programs in the Insurance sector - Possess experience in or around areas such as Intelligent Operations, Intelligent Automation, Platform Implementation (Duck Creek, Guidewire, or Salesforce), Analytics, Machine Learning, Group/Employee Benefits, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience Qualifications Required: - Full-time MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution - 2-15 years of work experience in top Strategy, Management, Technology Consulting firms, or Analytics firms in the Insurance or Financial Services sector - Industry certifications such as FLMI, ALMI, CPCU, AINS, FIII are desirable - Functional certifications in analytics, machine learning, and automation are desirable - International work experience and/or transferable work permit for countries like US or UK would be a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or Alteryx - Experience in delivering complex transformation programs in the Insurance sector is preferred - Experience in or around areas such as Intelligent Operations, Intelligent Automation, Platform Implementation (Duck Creek, Guidewire, or Salesforce), Analytics, Machine Learning, Group/Employee Benefits, Digital Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Customer Experience,
