Insurance Analyst

As an Analyst - Insurance, your role will involve assisting in the collection and review of subcontractor and vendor insurance certificates at the site level. This will require tracking and analytics within time-sensitive deadlines, as well as communication with subcontractors, vendors, and Hanover team members via email. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Procore, a web-based project management system, to monitor vendor insurance certificates nearing expiration. - Request renewal certificates from vendors and subcontractors through email communication. - Maintain and update spreadsheets for tracking expiring insurance certificates and communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors. - Review renewal certificates of insurance for accuracy and completeness. - Upload certificates of insurance in Procore software for tracking and accountability. - Collaborate with project site teams as needed. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. - 1-2 years of experience in reviewing contracts, insurance, or compliance analysis. - Working knowledge of Insurance is preferred. In addition to the above, you will need to have proficiency in the following software skills: - Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and other tools as necessary. It is also essential for you to have advanced English language proficiency as you will frequently engage in internal and external written communications.,
