Hiring – Instrumentation Technician |
📍 Location: Ahmedabad | Ankleshwar | Mehsana
Job Description (JD):
• Calibration, troubleshooting & maintenance of instruments (flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, level transmitters, control valves).
• Periodic calibration as per ISO / NABL / plant standards.
• Installation, commissioning & configuration of flow meters (electromagnetic, ultrasonic, turbine, vortex).
• Verify accuracy & maintain calibration documentation.
• Resolve instrumentation issues during plant operations.
• Maintain calibration tools, records & traceability.
• Support shutdown, preventive & condition monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with vendors & external calibration agencies.
• Prepare SOPs, maintenance logs & calibration schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality & environmental standards.
• Contribute to process optimization & energy efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation (Compulsory)
• 3–5 years in instrument calibration & flow meter maintenance (Oil & Gas / Chemical / Manufacturing preferred)
