Key Responsibilities: Assist senior engineers in day-to-day project execution, Electrical, Automation Panel wiring termination, On-site Testing and commissioning. Get involved in real-time projects involving Smart Meters, Energy Management Systems (EMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and energy-saving solutions. Support the testing, calibration, and commissioning of various equipment at our office and client sites. Coordinate with different teams to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently. Prepare technical reports and proper way reporting to management Gain valuable exposure to industrial standards, modern tools, and best practices in power and energy management. Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field. Experience: 1 to 3 years A strong passion for learning new technologies in energy systems and smart metering. Good foundational knowledge of basic electricals and electronics. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. Must be self-driven, enthusiastic, and ready to take on challenges.
