Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Sales Executive to generate leads and drive sales for our diversified service portfolio, including interior design solutions, apartment offerings, and water park event collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills and a flair for consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, schools, colleges, real estate developers, and event agencies.
• Pitch customized solutions for interior design projects, apartment leasing/sales, and group packages for water park events.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions and corporate clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) for smooth execution.
• Meet monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, confident, and well-organized with a target-driven mindset.
• Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or interior design sales is a plus.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
