Role - Manager / Sr. Manager Institutional Sales (Delhi/NCR)
We are looking for an experienced Institutional Sales professional to drive acquisition and advisory for corporates, treasuries, PF/Trusts, insurance & large institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire & grow institutional clients across debt, equity & hybrid mandates
Deliver investment advisory: asset allocation, portfolio diagnostics, risk analysis & tailored strategies
Present market outlooks, fund performance & investment recommendations to CXOs/treasury heads
Manage long-term client relationships with proactive portfolio communication
Track market trends, competitor strategies & support sales planning
Collaborate with product, research & fund management teams for structured solutions
What Were Looking For
5 - 12 years in Institutional Sales / Treasury Advisory / MF Institutional Desk
Strong understanding of fixed income, duration strategies & macro markets
Experience in institutional advisory or portfolio consulting preferred
Excellent relationship management & presentation skills
NISM/CFA/Treasury certifications are a plus
