Job Title: Cluster Manager HNI Sales
Location: Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat
Role Summary:
Lead a dynamic team of 8-10 RMs to acquire & manage HNI clients (25L+). Be the face of the business, drive AUM growth, and deliver world-class wealth advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & support a team to onboard HNI clients
* Build strong, lasting client relationships
* Drive financial planning & investment advisory
* Coordinate with product & research teams for portfolio strategy
* Conduct seminars/workshops for business development
What Were Looking For:
5yrs - 15yrs experience in HNI Wealth Management
Team handling experience (min 46 people)
Deep understanding of financial products & markets
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM/Graduate (Finance/Marketing)
CFP is a plus!
