Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and professional Institutional Sales Executive/Manager who is fluent in English and passionate about promoting sustainable, wellness-focused environments. Your role will be to engage directly with corporate and institutional HR leaders, driving B2B sales of our Biophilic Studios based on the established Vatika model at IIT Kharagpur Research Park. Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and build relationships with HR professionals, corporate leaders, and decision-makers. Effectively communicate and showcase the unique benefits of Biophilic Studios for employee wellness and productivity. Generate leads proactively through networking, strategic outreach, and client referrals. Conduct impactful presentations, negotiate terms, and secure successful sales agreements. Foster long-term client relationships to drive ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain meticulous sales records and client interactions using our CRM system (experience with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred). Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver customized client proposals. Represent KarmYog Vatika at key industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities. Candidate Profile: Fluent in English with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, confident, and polished personal presentation. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable managing the B2B sales cycle independently. Minimum 23 years of proven experience in institutional or corporate sales. Must possess a personal laptop and reliable transport (car or bike). Familiarity with CRM tools and digital presentation platforms. Prior experience in corporate wellness sales or engagement with HR departments is highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits. Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Head of Sales. Collaborates with Marketing and Operations teams for execution. Working Hours: Flexible field-based schedule focused on achieving defined sales outcomes. Compensation: Fixed compensation: 20,000 to 24,000 based on experience. Travel allowance extra Highly attractive incentives: Up to 100% of fixed salary, based on clear monthly KPIs (e.g., new accounts secured, revenue targets, client satisfaction).
