🌟 What You'll Do:

Build and manage relationships with universities, agents, and recruitment partners

Drive student recruitment campaigns in both domestic and international markets

Implement outreach and engagement programs with academic institutions

Achieve enrollment and revenue targets in assigned regions

Host partner visits, webinars, and engagement events

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, admissions, operations)

Analyze partner performance and suggest strategy improvements

Ensure high partner satisfaction through ongoing communication

Monitor education market trends and contribute to growth strategies

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

Experience in academic partnerships or student recruitment

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Strong data analysis and interpretation capabilities

Proficiency with CRM and performance tracking tools

Organized, self-driven, and adaptable in multi-stakeholder settings

Bonus: Familiarity with domestic and international education systems

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field

4–10 years of experience in higher education, EdTech, or educational consultancy

Experience working with international student markets is a plus
