Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for an Installer. The Installer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of smart meters, water meters, gas meters, and other utility systems. Daily tasks include setting up new installations, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The Installer will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of utility systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation and maintenance of smart meters, water meters, or gas meters
• Technical skills and knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing utility systems
• Ability to follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications and training in installation and maintenance of utility systems
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site installations
• Previous experience in the utility or infrastructure sector is a plus
