The ideal candidate should have experience in mass recruitment , hiring multi-lingual call centre agents , as well as managing both contractual and non-contractual hiring across IT and Non-IT functions . Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Handle PAN India hiring requirements , ensuring timely closure of positions. Execute mass recruitment drives for call centre agents and other high-volume roles. Source and hire multi-lingual candidates for call centre/customer service roles. Manage both contractual and permanent recruitment requirements. Work across diverse domains including IT and Non-IT hiring . Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various channels (job portals, social media, references etc.).
