Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Experience: 5-10 years Location: Noida / Hajipur Industry: ERP, Track and Trace, GPS Tracking, Logistics, Supply Chain, BPO, Medical Tourism Management Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive international business expansion in ERP systems, Track and Trace solutions, GPS tracking, logistics management, supply chain optimization, BPO services, and medical tourism management . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our global market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business growth strategies for international markets. Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients in ERP, Track and Trace, GPS tracking, logistics, BPO, and medical tourism sectors. Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Generate leads, build strong relationships, and convert them into long-term business opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction . Manage and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue targets . Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums . Key Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in international business development, sales, or a related field . Strong knowledge of any of these fields ERP systems, Track and Trace solutions, GPS tracking, logistics, supply chain optimization, BPO services, and medical tourism management . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Proven ability to develop new business, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals . Experience working with global clients, international sales processes, and cross-border transactions . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills . Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business development strategies . Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for business expansion. Experience in cross-border sales and international market entry strategies . Familiarity with regulatory compliance and standards for Track and Trace solutions and medical tourism.
